Chiropractic Services:

• Initial Chiropractic Exam: including History and consultation, functional assessment, neurological assessment, Core Score Stress Analysis (sEMG, Thermal scan and Heart Rate Variability) and Report of Findings

• Specific Spinal Adjustments: neck, mid back, low back, pelvis, sacrum, occiput

• Extremity Adjustments: shoulders, wrists, elbows, hips, knees, ankles, tarsals, toes, ribs, ears, TMJ and cranial sutures. 

• Re-examinations: 

  • Progress Exams: every 12 visits​ or every 90 days

  • Re-Activation Exams: following any gap in care < 90 days

  • New Stress Assessment: following any new physical stress (macro or micro trauma), chemical stress (starting or ending a medication, dietary reaction, environmental response) or emotional stress (major life changes, job change, move, or any significant emotional upset)
