Hannah is the office manager and handles all of our billing and insurance. She is also available to help with exercise training and stretching programs.

"I am very excited to begin my massage career at Pier View Chiropractic!  My mission is to use the healing power of touch to create a nurturing, client-centered space where my patients can work toward self-awareness and an improved quality of life.  I strive to make each massage session unique and tailored to the individual, while creating a sense of unity between myself and my patient.  I also believe that patient education is very important.  I encourage my clients to ask questions if they have any, and be actively involved in their treatment.  I look forward to working with you!"

David is a graduate of Heartwood Institute and he is in his 10th year of practicing massage. He became a massage therapist after a broken back and had to relearn how to walk due to a paralyzed leg. He wanted to be part of his body's healing process instead of just a spectator.Through his own injuries and rehabilitation he has cultivated empathy and a diverse education of how to help. Many cities require a minimum of 300 hours of study to obtain a massage license. David has over 1500 hours of study and occasionally teaches Deep Tissue massage. He has a full range of modalities including Cranio Sacral Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, the Vodder technique of manual lymphatic drainage as well as relaxation massage.

Before his exodus from Los Angeles, he was a massage therapist for Cirque du Soleil. He has recently returned to Washington after spending the last few years working closely with physical therapists and chiropractors in northern California. He has recently been teaching Body Logic to the elderly and working with people who have Multiple Sclerosis and Muscular Dystrophy. "Pain puts us in crisis. Our fun is not increasing. When I can help someone get out of pain, even if it is just for a minute, it gives them hope." "We are never more fully aware of being alive than when we are experiencing pain or experiencing joy."
